HOW TO BEGIN
We want to make starting Pilates easy! Sculpt offers two types of Pilates training: private sessions and group classes.
PRIVATE TRAINING
A little one-on-one attention can make a big difference.
Private Pilates sessions are the perfect way to learn, practice, and elevate your Pilates game.
Our expert instructors design a customized program tailored to your goals, ensuring every session is as effective as it is empowering.
Each session kicks off with a warm-up to get you moving, then flows into the core principles of Pilates. Whether you’re brand-new and want to get comfortable with the equipment, ready to refine your technique, or craving a fresh challenge, private sessions offer the personalized guidance you need to succeed.

GROUP CLASSES
Group Pilates classes are designed to feel intimate and focused, with a maximum of 6 clients per session.
These classes strike the perfect balance between affordability and personalized attention. While they cost less than private sessions, they’re ideal for clients who have prior experience with Pilates equipment and are ready to build on their skills. Our classes utilize a variety of equipment, including Reformers, Ladders, and more, to maximize your results and elevate your practice.
With guidance from our expert instructors, you’ll refine your form, build strength, and improve flexibility - all while enjoying the supportive energy of a small group setting.
It’s a fun, motivating environment where progress feels natural, and every session leaves you feeling accomplished and inspired.
