TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM

* YOU WILL BE CERTIFIED AND ABLE TO TEACH AT ANY PILATES STUDIO IN THE UNITED STATES ONCE YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PASSED YOUR TEST. THIS IS A NATIONALLY ACCREDITED PROGRAM.

The hours break down as follows:

Classroom Hours 100+ Hours
Teaching Hours 125 Hours
Observation Hours 100 Hours
Self-Practice hours 50 Hours
Apprentice Hours 25 Hours
Projects 25+ Hours
Testing 5 Hours
Study, homework, practice 100+ Hours

You will also receive hard copies of training manuals to write notes in and use for reference during and after your training.

Payment plans are available if needed.

Program cost is $6,200

A few things we will cover during training are listed below

Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel

We will cover all levels of exercises on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Ladder Barrel. All pieces of equipment are manufactured by Balanced Body.

Special Populations and Anatomy

During training we will cover how to safely and effectively work with special population groups, in addition to learning more about anatomy.

Pilates Props, Social Media Presence and More...

Pilates props are used in almost every class so understanding how to incorporate them properly is important. We will also go over social media, how to collaborate with other businesses, and more.
